Open Data and Intellectual Property Institute ODIPI is a research, educational and advisory institution working in the fields of Internet law and society. ODIPI is a non-profit organization that specializes in providing legal information and advise in the field of copyright related to science, research and education. It specializes in the field of open science, open data and data governance for AI, especially in relation to copyright law.

ODIPI is the National Coordinator for Slovenia and Regional Coordinator for the Western Balkans for Knowledge Rights 21 (KR21) and leads the KR21 Research Network for Central and Southeastern Europe (KR21 Research Network for C&SE Europe). ODIPI is a member of the Slovenian Open Science Community (SSOZ). ODIPI is a force behind the School of Generative AI and Law, launched in 2023. ODIPI organizes traditional yearly Open Knowledge Day event and is launching the School on Open Science and Copyright in 2024/2025.
