ERA KR21 Conference Slovenia is organized by ODIPI in collaboration with Knowledge Rights 21 (KR21). ODIPI (Dr. Maja Bogataj Jančič) is the national and regional coordinator for KR21.

This Conference is organized as a contribution of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia to the European Research Area (ERA) Policy Agenda Action 2: Propose an EU copyright and data legislative and regulatory framework in cooperation with the Knowledge Rights 21 programme.

Dr. Maja Bogataj Jančič, along with Ana Fidler from the Central Technical Library of the University of Ljubljana (CTK), was appointed by Minister Dr. Igor Papič as the Slovenian holder of the ERA Policy Agenda Action 2, which focuses on proposing a legislative and regulatory framework for the European Union on copyright and data that is suitable for the research sector.
