Mark Bauer is a law student at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana. During his studies, he participated in an ERASMUS+ exchange at Utrecht University in the Netherlands. He has experience working at law firms ‘Kavčič, Bračun & Partners’ and ‘Schönherr’. He also successfully represented his University in the European Law Moot Court (ELMC) competition.

Mark Bauer is a research assistant at the Open Data and Intellectual Property Institute ODIPI. His work primarily focuses on Open Science and copyright, and he is involved in various projects related to copyright law and generative AI.
