Mark Bauer is a law student at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana. During his studies, he participated in an ERASMUS+ exchange at Utrecht University in the Netherlands. He has experience working at law firms ‘Kavčič, Bračun & Partners’ and ‘Schönherr’. He also represented his university in the European Law Moot Court (ELMC) competition.

Mark Bauer is a research assistant at the Open Data and Intellectual Property Institute ODIPI. His work primarily focuses on open science and copyright, and he participates in various copyright law projects.
